At CES 2012, the project “One Laptop Per Child” (OLPC) laptop previously offered less than $ 100, now issued its first tablet, the OLPC XO 3.0.
The OLPC XO 3.0 tablet has an 8-inch touch screen Pixel Qi (or conventional LCD) with a resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels.
The heart of the XO 3.0 is a Marvell PXA618 processor 800 MHz Navy/1 GHz, 512 MB of RAM and 4 GB of flash storage. Another feature is Wi-Fi, USB port, a battery of 1500 mAh (or 1800 mAh) and is run on the Linux or Android.
OLPC XO 3.0 plans to offer with a solar panel to recharge the battery.
The price of the OLPC XO 3.0 tablet would be less than $ 100.
