The Canadian manufacturer unveiled a revamped version of its device, which incorporates connectivity to 4G cellular networks, a feature not possessed by the first model.

Full Features of new BlackBerry PlayBook 4G

The new BlackBerry PlayBook 4G will launch in Canada next week and will in the coming months to the U.S., Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean.

The new line playbook, as well as Wi-Fi present, then added the ability for customers to use their tablet anywhere thanks to 4G connectivity.

In countries, where such connections do not exist, may use the lower speed and even HSPA+ , generally called 3.5G (up to 14 Mbps).

The aesthetics of the new tablet is identical to the previous, i.e. 7 inche screen (1024×600).

The BlackBerry Playbook 4G comes with OS 1.2, also available for the current model of the tablet via download. Your storage space is 32GB.

The model has 1GB of RAM.

A difference with the previous model is that the new has a processor faster: 1GHz versus 1.5GHz.

It has two cameras: front and rear 5mpx 3mpx respectively that can records in 1080p.

Add GPS, support for HTML5 and Flash.

The price of BlackBerry PlayBook 4G was not officially informed.
